1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information. If you use the website for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.

2. Commercial use only

This website is intended for adults seeking financing for legitimate commercial or business purposes. It is not intended to offer consumer-purpose credit, personal loans, or financing for personal, family, or household use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Our role

17 Street Capital is a commercial finance broker, not a lender. We may help businesses explore potential financing from independent third-party providers. We do not fund transactions, make final underwriting decisions, or guarantee that any provider will make an offer. Submission of an inquiry is not an application for consumer credit and does not create a commitment to provide financing.

4. No guarantee of offers or funding

Eligibility, available products, amounts, costs, remittance methods, reconciliation rights, documentation, and timing are determined by the applicable provider and final transaction documents. Website estimates, descriptions, or examples are informational only. No result, approval, offer, or funding time is promised.

5. Your information and responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update material changes. You may submit information only for a business you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for reviewing all provider disclosures and transaction documents and for obtaining your own legal, tax, accounting, and financial advice before accepting financing.

Submitting the website inquiry does not itself authorize a credit report, bank-account connection, electronic debit, or execution of a financing agreement. Any such authorization must be presented separately when applicable.

6. Communications

When you provide contact information and consent to contact, you authorize 17 Street Capital to respond regarding your commercial-financing inquiry using the channels described with the form. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing is not a guarantee of eligibility or funding. You may request that marketing communications stop, although we may still send transactional, service, or legally required communications.

7. Third-party providers and websites

Financing providers and third-party websites are independent from 17 Street Capital. Their products, underwriting, contracts, privacy practices, security, availability, and conduct are governed by their own terms and notices. A link or introduction does not constitute our endorsement of every statement, product, or practice of that third party.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the website to violate law; submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or fraudulent information; impersonate another person or business; interfere with security or availability; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content through automated means without permission; attempt unauthorized access; or use information obtained from the website to harm others.

9. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to 17 Street Capital and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the website for its intended commercial-information purpose. No other rights are granted.

10. Informational content; no professional advice

Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You should consult qualified advisers concerning your circumstances. We try to keep information useful and current but do not warrant that every description is complete, current, or error-free.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, availability, or accuracy. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the website will be free from harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 17 Street Capital and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption arising from website use, inability to use the website, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 17 Street Capital and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material violation of these terms, or information you submit without authority.

14. Changes and availability

We may modify the website or these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. We may suspend or discontinue website access when reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the website-use agreement between you and 17 Street Capital, but do not replace any separate application, disclosure, provider agreement, or financing contract.

Any governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, or dispute-resolution terms applicable to a financing transaction must appear in the relevant transaction documents and are not created by these website terms.
